What does "free" mean?
Each offer states plainly its cost after the free period. No trap: you know what you pay and when, and you can cancel.
Will you replace my IT guy?
No. We work with him: your technician stays, we certify him and give him tools and HQ backing. You keep the trusted relationship; he gets stronger.
How do I pay?
In FCFA, via mobile money (MTN MoMo, Orange Money) or transfer. Subscriptions are monthly, with a discount for annual payment.
Is my data safe with you?
We apply data minimisation (we collect only what's needed), encryption, and we respect Law 2024/017's transfer restrictions. We hold your data to the standard we sell.
Are your assessments official ANTIC audits?
No. Our assessments are advisory pre-audit diagnostics — they get you ready, and name the official audit as the next step where relevant.
